How To Prepare The Perfect Cup

1. Simply add the whole pack of loose tea leaves into a ZiSha teapot or gaiwan, then brew with hot water at around 100°C. (1 pack for each brew)
2. Gently pour boiling water to rinse and remove any impurities on the loose tea leaves.
3. Steep the first 3 infusion for about 10 seconds, and add an additional 3-5 seconds for each subsequent infusion, depending on how rich you like your tea to be. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Use natural mineral water to enhance the tea’s aroma.
